OVERVIEW: The WAD Assignment is used to assign active WADs for daily processing.
The WAD Assignment tool is located under Route Planning – WAD Assignment menu option.
From the WAD Assignment menu select the “DAY” then “WAD” from the drop down you want to assign. You will need to do this for each day you want to assign or reassign a new WAD for daily processing in production. Once you’ve made your selection click “APPLY” to save changes.
There are three processing options available that when enabled will produce routing based on what the client is sending for route structure. These options should be disabled if your route structure is solely based off your work area design (WAD) only.
