When publishers have new complaint codes, they will need to be added to Dart accordingly so that they will process and charge DSP and operational performance appropriately.
Select the appropriate distributor:
Select the appropriate publisher:
Choose the PCF Reason Code.
Add the Publisher’s Reason Code which correlates with the PCF Reason Code.
Enter the description.
Select the appropriate indicators.
After everything has been selected click on the add reason code.
